Bay Area Jewish Coalition Education and Advocacy (BAJC-EA)

We focus on supporting students and guardians in navigating antisemitic incidents in schools. Our team assists families in advocating for their students and resolving issues at the school district, county, and federal levels. We advocate, consult, provide resources, file complaints, and employ legal counsel when needed.

Through assisting with the resolution of hundreds of incidents, we have gained an unparalleled expertise and delivered impact.

We fight daily against:

  • Biased and politicized curriculum or lesson materials

  • Historical distortion or minimization of Jewish experience

  • Events that discriminate against or exclude Jewish students

  • A hostile environment in classrooms or campuses that causes students to feel isolated, uncomfortable, or unwelcome.

  • Vandalism (e.g., graffiti, swastikas)

We guide families on being proactive:

  • Become an advocate for the prevention of antisemitism and inclusive policies

  • Learn how to demand accountability and systemic change

  • Always report incidents - this is the only way to prevent escalation and stop repeat harm
